When I was in Viet Nam in '69 I knew a B-girl who was a mix of Viet & French. She spoke Vietnamese, French, English and German. I can't say for the rest, but her English was perfect (better than most Americans!), as were her manners and other "proper" behaviours that young ladies learned 40 years ago.
