Cancellation
To cancel your account, simply complete the cancellation form Your cancellation request will be processed within 24 hours. Your account stays open and active until the end of your last billing period. You will NOT receive any email to confirm cancellation unless you specifically request it!Billing

How much am I billed and how often?
When you subscribe, you are billed monthly. You will be re-billed every month until you cancel your account. You can cancel at anytime!

How long does my account last after I cancel?
Your account lasts for a the number of months you chose after signing up. A month is defined as 30 days, so 3 months would be 90 days.
Some older accounts that are not for sale anymore work differently, and will expire on the same day of the next month that the signup occured on. As an example, if you signed up with one of these on the 15th of a given month, it would expire on the 15th of the next.

How does the billing show up on my credit card?
Your billing appears on your credit card statement as "Earlyman, Inc - (310) 202-3950". This is our local Los Angeles support telephone number. Our support e-mail address (support@digitaldesire.com) may also appear on the line.

I'd like to dispute a charge:
Do you feel you have been charged in error? Were you billed twice in the same month?

Lost / Forgotten Password
Are you sure that's your password? You can always contact support to find out what it is! Make sure to include your name, full email address and the last 8 digits of the credit card you used to subscribe. Remember, passwords are case-sensitive.Contacting Support

Downloading
If videos only play in your browser, but you would like to download them, try right clicking on the download video link, then selecting 'Save Link As', 'Save Target As', or 'Download Link Target'.
Some users may click on video downloads and see a blank screen instead of a playing video or download box. We apologize for this inconvenience, caused by some poorly designed 3rd plugin software (particularly Apple Quicktime). If this occurs we recommend downloading the video first, as described in the paragraph above.

Playback
If downloaded videos do not play, we recomend using the free VLC media player . If you'd like to use Windows Media Player to play our DivX videos we recommend downloading the DivX codec from divx.com . If you'd like to use quicktime to playback our Windows Media files we recommend Flip4Mac .
Download Pause / Resume Issues
Pausing and resuming downloads is problematic, and unsupported at this time. This also means that if you're using a download program like getright, which queues downloads, there will be issues. We apologize for this inconvenience. We decided to limit this functionality to allow us to increase speeds for the majority of our users.
