Digital Desire Studio News - 05-16-2008
In light of the recent natural disasters that have just transpired in China and Myanmar I’ve noticed the heavy hearts worn by many of the women around me.
My wife in particular is having a very hard time with making sense of it all. With earthquakes, cyclones, a nation wide recession, a war in Iraq that makes no sense, world hunger, genocide in Africa and seemingly so much pain around the globe it’s hard for her to claim her joy. This morning at the breakfast table this photo sent a rush of sadness through her.
As we all know the female being feels life through the heart, whereas most guys, we process most everything through our minds and well, our penises. So, thinking about all of this world pain and suffering and being a guy I’ve been trying to figure out what I can do.
I can really only process this pragmatically and here’s what I’ve come up with.
I’m going to donate to several needy causes by the end of the day today. I will give what I feel I can. No matter how busy I am I will take the time out to do this.
And I think if everyone takes that attitude its amazing collectively what an impact we might have.
After doing quite a bit of research, I’m prepared to donate to one or several of the following reputable charity organizations;
1. www.globalgiving.com/
2. www.adra.org
3. www.childrenshungerfund.org
So that’s the first part of how I’ll deal with all of this sadness in the air. The second will be for me to relish all of the abundance I have in my life. My family, my health, my freedom and oh yeah, I didn’t forget— the great team I have here at the Ranch and these beautiful girls I get to shoot. That we even get to visually embrace these blossoming sirens is a privilege that should not be taken for granted.
So just as a reminder of what might help brighten our day, here are a few shots that I’ve been lucky enough to capture over the last few weeks;

Nubile Georgia shares the afternoon glow
Lisa's natural body is like a spring flower
Morgan is as spicy as a Puerto Rican salsa
Much love
